A perfect fresh & creamy dip to enjoy on sunny days as Spring greets us with warmer days and sunshine.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup ricotta
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt 2% fat
- 1 tablespoon basil, finely minced
- 2 teaspoons Mama Dut's phish sauce
- ¼ teaspoon garlic, grated
- 2 teaspoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and stir together until combined. Serve with assorted crackers and fruits, enjoy!
Notes:
· Add more salt to your liking!
